Mark Kettering - President and CEO

Mark brings 25 years of executive and management experience to the founding of Brightlight Consulting. His background includes executive leadership roles at numerous professional services firms, including: Cambridge Technology Partners, Codesic Consulting, Excel Data Corporation, Jamcracker Corporation and Sense8 Corporation. As well, he was a key management contributor at Oracle Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation and AT&T. Throughout his career, Mark has developed a reputation in the industry for his commitment to managing client and employee expectations with quality and integrity.

 

At Brightlight, Mark is the primary executive responsible for corporate leadership, business development, and corporate direction.

 

 

David Overcash - CTO and EVP Service Delivery

David brings over 16 years of technical and management experience to the founding of Brightlight Consulting. He is a leader in the Business Intelligence, technology, and consulting community and was responsible for the first world-wide consulting practice dedicated to Data Warehouse Appliance technology. He is a frequent speaker around the globe on deployment-best practices, Business Intelligence solutions, and technology in the market.  In 2010, David was selected to the prestigious "40 under 40" by Puget Sound Business Journal, honoring the top 40 executives in Washington state under the age of 40.  Prior to joining Brightlight, David was a key contributor with consulting firms Systech Solutions and Infogain, as well as software company Fourgen/Endura.

At Brightlight, David is responsible for all aspects of service delivery, technology platforms and partnerships, as well as contributing to business development and corporate direction.

 

 

Bob Petitti - VP of Client Development

Bob brings over 20 years of sales and sales management experience across multiple industries and business critical services such as enterprise applications consulting, business and IT process outsourcing and customer relationship management.  His background includes client development and management roles at leading firms such as Baan, Digital Equipment Corporation, EDS, and Siemens.  In addition, Bob led the early stage sales leadership team and success at Primus Knowledge Solutions in Seattle and was a key contributor to Jamcracker Inc.’s initial presence in the Northwest.  Bob’s integrity and dedication to his client’s success is well respected.

 

At Brightlight, Bob is responsible for ensuring our clients success by helping them select the appropriate business intelligence services from Brightlight to meet their short and long term business objectives.

 

 

Cindy Noteboom - Director of Service Delivery

Cindy brings over 15 years of IT Management and Project Management experience with a strong background in solution delivery across a wide variety of industries.  She is a Certified Scrum Master and Agile practitioner and has successfully delivered projects of all sizes.  Prior to joining Brightlight Cindy was a key contributor with The Regence Group, Ascentium, and several other Northwest companies.

 

At Brightlight, Cindy is responsible for the continued growth of our best practices and delivery approaches, while  ensuring successful delivery to all our clients.

 
 

Joe Grant Bluechel - Director of Managed Services

Joe is a technology leader that brings over 14 years of experience in consulting and product development. He possesses depth and breadth in the management of system design, application development, product rollout, education, and support. Prior to joining Brightlight, Joe was part of management and consulting teams at Accruent, Corning Data Service, Oracle, Peoplesoft, and J.D. Edwards. His background includes expertise in Managed Services, Business Intelligence, Web Services, ERP, Supply Chain, Integration, Web Applications, Portal Development, and Databases. He has a centralized focused on customer satisfaction and success.


At Brightlight, Joe is responsible for all aspects of the managed services business unit, including monitoring services, retainer and support agreements, health checks, cloud BI, mobile BI, and education services.

 

 

Candace Driscoll - Finance and Operations Manager

Candace has successfully been involved in operations coordination and management for the past 10 years.   Prior to joining Brightlight, Candace was part of the operations teams at AT&T, Comcast, and Microsoft. Her background includes extensive experience in project coordination, process development, budget administration, and benefits facilitation. Candace has a reputation of being extremely detailed oriented with a unique ability to optimize business processes. 

 

At Brightlight, Candace is responsible for all aspects of back office business operations with a keen eye on contract administration and finance.

 
 

Deanna Herderick - Talent Acquisition Manager

Deanna brings over 12 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience to Brightlight Consulting. Her professional background includes a deep focus in technical recruiting, across multiple industries and technologies. Deanna has recruited for firms such as CTS International, Endeavor, Covestic, and MATRIX where she made significant contributions to the growth and expansion of those companies. Throughout her career, Deanna established a trustworthy reputation for building and maintaining successful relationships with current and potential candidates while providing a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
