Responsibilities:
** Partners with the business analyst to ensure comprehensive business requirements definition.
** Plans, facilitates, and conducts functional requirements definition sessions, meetings,
presentations, and interviews with internal and external stakeholders as needed to
define and analyze business problems and products.
** Collaborate with project management, product management, development and QA on
elaborating requirements, defining functional specifications and scoping software product
features and enhancements.
** Facilitates communication and understanding of requirements and functional specifications
among different stakeholders and between stakeholders and technical teams.
** Captures requirements, creates use cases, and prepares written functional specifications
for subsequent technical design and implementation.
** Analyzes data and provides domain and technology expertise, research and recommendations
to meet business and functional requirements as applicable to project or product need.
** Identifies gaps or inefficiencies between requirements and existing or proposed solutions
and develops recommendations for improvement.
** Ensures successful delivery of project features.

** Experience in Enterprise-level Data Warehouse solutions with strong skills & proficiency

Developer/DBA
Requirements:

** Must have experience in large multi terabyte DW environments
** Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work with the client
** Ability to work independently and within the client team
** Experience in performance troubleshooting, SQL optimization, and benchmarking
** Experience in designing, implementing, and documenting operational best practices
** Extremely strong SQL and database experience
** Strong problem investigation skills
** Strong Linux/UNIX, shell scripting, and “vi” skills
** Hardware and network component knowledge
** ETL experience a plus

Sr. Microstrategy Architect
Responsibilities:
** Lead the effort to design, setup, and configure a new MicroStrategy environment
** Lead the effort to migrated an existing reporting environment to MicroStrategy
** Work with the project manager to create a project plan for the initiative, including:
setup, design, development, testing and knowledge transfer
** Mentor and lead the development and QA resources
** Interface and educate the client
** Work with the project manager to manage the engagement and client interface
